Abstract

В статье анализируются тенденции развития сети больничных учреждений, численности коечного фонда, а также сети учреждений, оказывающих амбулаторно-поликлиническую помощь. Выделяются структурные противоречия на фоне сохранения диспропорций в структуре кадров, порождающих снижение общего качества и доступности медицинской помощи населению, особенно первичной медико-санитарной помощи, что ведет к позднему диагностированию заболеваемости и высокой инвалидности и смертности населения.
