L?Operatore dello Sviluppo Umano nella cooperazione internazionale: dimensione formativa, ruolo professionale e competenze educative

Abstract

Il lavoro sviluppa una riflessione sul ruolo dei professionisti dell?educazione nella cooperazione internazionale, tentando di coniugare l?area dello Sviluppo Umano con quella della Formazione. Ci si muove su un terreno impervio dove in entrambi i casi la regolamentazione normativa, gli sbocchi occupazionali della formazione universitaria, il mercato del lavoro e le figure professionali presentano alcune criticit?. Il campo della solidariet? internazionale esprime un bisogno di professionalizzazione delle proprie risorse umane; la dimensione formativa emerge come una categoria implicita e trasversale alle azioni di sviluppo che non pu? essere oggetto di interesse esclusivo di progetti realizzati in ambito educativo. Il contri-buto coglie queste sfide e, muovendosi da un?area disciplinare all?altra, cerca di definire i processi lavorativi, le aree di attivit? e le competenze educative dell?Operatore dello Sviluppo Umano, dunque del Professionista dell?Educazione che ricopre questo ruolo.
