Occupazione e disoccupazione altamente qualificata: il progetto FIxO II

Abstract

Il presente articolo intende presentare, in modo sintetico, i risultati di un?indagine condotta da luglio 2011 a luglio 2012, sul progetto FIxO II destinato all?inserimento lavorativo dei dottori e dottorandi di ricerca. La presente ricerca nasce dall?obiettivo di descrivere ed analizzare il tirocinio come misura di politica attiva del lavoro, per favorire l?ingresso dei giovani altamente qualificati nel mercato del lavoro. Si ? cercato di analizzare (tramite questionario), ad un anno di distanza dalle selezioni per il tirocinio, quanti dei giovani tirocinanti vincitori, hanno ottenuto un contratto di lavoro presso le aziende utilizzatrici rispetto ai giovani che non hanno vinto il tirocinio.
