Abstract

El surgimiento y desarrollo de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC) ha revolucionado el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje, permitiendo que las personas intercambien conocimientos y aprendan online desde cualquier parte del mundo, lo que ha propiciado la aparición de novedosas plataformas de aprendizaje, capaces de producir cursos basados en Internet. Esto no constituye un fenómeno aislado a nuestro contexto universitario por lo que la aplicación de las TIC ayuda a perfeccionar el proceso docente y contribuye a la formación de un estudiante acorde a los tiempos tecnológicos de este siglo.
