Въздействие На Световната Финансова Криза Върху Жилищното Строителство В България

Abstract

Негативните последици от Световната финансова криза все още се не са напълно преодоляни в световен план и икономиките на отделните държави продължават да прилагат различни мерки за елиминиране на техния ефект. Един от най-засегнатите от кризата отрасли на икономиката се оказа строителството и пряко свързания с него пазар на недвижими имоти. Настоящата статия цели да направи критичен анализ на състоянието и тенденциите в сектор „строителство“, с акцент на жилищното строителство, в периода 2008-2013 година. С цел по-пълното и всеобхватно обследване на проблема, в статията ще бъдат разгледани и състоянието на ипотечния пазар в България и възможностите за банково финансиране на строителните предприятия (чрез пряко финансиране и за реализация на готовата продукция - чрез финансиране на клиентите под формата на жилищни кредити), и тяхната връзка с развитието на строителния сектор у нас.
