La utilizaci�n de las nuevas tecnolog�as en la Contrataci�n P�blica

Abstract

En este estudio se aborda la cuesti�n relativa a la implantaci�n de las TICS a la contrataci�n p�blica analiz�ndose las experiencias previas y el marco legal derivado de la reciente aprobaci�n de la Directiva 18/2004 y su incidencia en el sistema normativo espa�ol avanzando que, hasta que se produzca una efectiva transposici�n, es posible una lectura "en electr�nico" de la vigente Ley nacional de Contratos de las Administraciones P�blicas.
