La Relevancia del Capital Social como elemento detonador de la Salud Poblacional

Abstract

Conceptual Framework: CS is the set of relationships between individuals or communities, their norms and values , a core component is the institutional construct that serves as a context for social development. CS developed in parallel with the Human Capital (KH ) dimension including health . Objective: To identify variables related to CS population health ; verify that the health insurance is a key variable of CS (institutional ) and CS allows the disposable income is not disturbed from disease . Hypothesis: The CS family grows by KH- KH- health and health develops institutional CS. Methodology: probit model that explains "the probability of an individual to receive decent care health monitoring by insurance, per capita GDP , schooling, community perception of" health " as a problem and limitation of fundamental rights by discrimination. Logarithmic regression to identify the variables of social support in patient care and assurance, reduces the elasticity of income available to individuals who have social capital, both as institutional relationships. Results: Individuals with health insurance are less resilient against diseases income family, loans are important but with a very low value , and finally , with respect to increasing access to social networking there is no robust evidence .
