Herramientas de planeamiento estratégico para crear valor económico, social y ambiental en la empresa minera (TT-136)

Abstract

El presente texto señala las experiencias realizadas en GERENS, empresa de consultoría y capacitación en gestión del sector minero, formulación, implementación y control de planes estratégicos que utiliza herramientas con un alto nivel ambiental en la creación de valor económica, ambiental para las empresas mineras el Balanced Scorecard (BSC) y el análisis de la cadena de valor de la empresa. El Balanced Scorecard es una herramienta gerencial que apoya la implementación del plan estratégico y permite su monitoreo y control. Para ello, el BSC requiere que el plan estratégico de la empresa se traduzca en objetivos claros y medibles, indicadores, líneas de base, metas, y programas de acción estratégicos y tácticos.
