Abstract

El trabajo “Proyecto Nacional: Empresarios y 1970-1987” tiene la intención de presentar algunos aspectos de la realidad peruana desde su ámbito microeconómico y microinstitucional. Tiene por finalidad sustentar a partir de ellos nuestro proyecto de investigación económica en DESCO y nuestras alternativas de salida de la crisis y poco a poco, del subdesarrollado, a partir de potenciar las capacidades y de impulsar el desarrollo de los diversos marcos institucionales existentes en el país. Nuestro interés al mirar la economía desde su perspectiva microeconómica, es llegar a diseñar políticas económicas eficaces, que promuevan tanto la eficiencia empresarial como la democratización del proceso de desarrollo económico.
