Las asociaciones público-privadas y el sector eléctrico en México

Abstract

Lapresente obra aborda el régimen de las asociaciones público­privadas en Méxicoy su posible aplicación para proyectos del sector eléctrico. Para ello, deforma previa se presenta un panorama del régimen federal de contrataciónpública y de las alternativas que existían para el desarrollo de proyectos deinfraestructura antes de la expedición de la Ley de Asociaciones PúblicosPrivadas a nivel federal, para continuar con la descripción del contenido deeste ordenamiento y concluir con un análisis de las posibilidades de suutilización en el desarrollo de proyectos del sector eléctrico, considerando elnuevo régimen sectorial derivado de la reforma constitucional de 2013 enmateria de energía.
