Abstract

В статье объясняется понимание и эффективное управление кадрами в организации, которые являются ключевыми вопросами управления человеческими ресурсами. Как научно обоснованная дисциплина управления бизнесом и науки управления, она основана на теоретических моделях и эмпирически подтвержденных концепциях и методах. Теории, концепции и методы заимствуются из различных других дисциплин и областей научных исследований. Таким образом, теоретический и методологический подход к вопросам управления человеческими ресурсами, в большинстве случаев, эклектичны, ввиду их сложных и не очень четко определенных характеристик. Одна из таких дисциплин, на которых базируется управление персоналом это психология - особенно рабочая и организационная.
