Определение Стоимости Заложенного Имущества При Продаже С Торгов

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам эффективности публичных торгов при реализации заложенного имущества. Автором сделан вывод о том, что ряд оснований для признания торгов несостоявшимися нецелесообразно использовать при реализации заложенного имущества. В связи с чем предложены меры по совершенствованию законодательства о реализации предмета залога. В частности, автором предлагается допустить возможность продажи имущества на торгах даже в тех случаях, когда в них участвует только одно лицо.
