Агрегаторы Изображений На Финансовом Рынке: Приток Свежего Капитала И Новые Инвестиционные Риски

Abstract

Патентными агрегаторами уже принято называть компании, которые формируют большие портфели патентов на изобретения с целью управления рисками интеллектуальной собственности. Однако на рынках электронной коммерции уверенно растут компании, успешно применяющие подобные стратегии к другим классам интеллектуальных активов. Статья посвящена так называемым микрофотостокам, базовыми активами которых являются большие портфели коммерческих цифровых изображений. Исследуются причины быстрого развития моделей RF-лицензирования, метода продаж изображений по подписке и другие новации микрофотостоков. В связи с успешным IPO лидера отрасли анализируются его финансовые результаты и риски, имеющие большое значение для инвесторов с точки зрения особенностей базового актива таких компаний и быстро меняющихся тенденций развития малобюджетных рынков электронной коммерции.
