Определение Уровня Государственного Регулирования В Аграрной Сфере Российской Федерации

Abstract

Государственное регулирование имеет относительную самостоятельность и может оказывать положительное влияние на развитие сельскохозяйственного производственного процесса. Исследование расходной части федерального бюджета РФ показывает на тенденцию возрастания денежных средств, покрывающих затраты сельского хозяйства. Наряду с возрастанием бюджетных поступлений в аграрную сферу наблюдается ухудшение финансового состояния сельскохозяйственных предприятий складывается в силу отсутствия у них опыта работы в условиях рынка. В условиях низкоэффективной реализации методов партнерского взаимодействия государства с различными субъектами собственности деятельность органов законодательной и исполнительной власти по поддержке сельского хозяйства не имеет системного характера и не создает для его базовых отраслей стимулирующих условий.
