Abstract

Предложен подход к выбору методов улучшения бизнес-процессов, особенностью которого является: обоснование целесообразности их использования на основе результатов оценки и установления желательного уровня показателей; использование матричного метода для графического представления зависимостей между показателями, на основе которых формулируются выводы относительно необходимости улучшения процессов; разработка рекомендаций по применению конкретных методов улучшения процессов в зависимости от необходимости повышения показателей их оценки.
