Abstract

Статья посвящена одной из самых необходимых функций государства международно-правовому сотрудничеству стран по предупреждению терроризма и борьбе с ним. Проанализировав национальное законодательство, авторы предлагают выделить такие направления противодействия терроризму, как укрепление международно-правовой базы борьбы с терроризмом путем принятия всеобъемлющей конвенции и унификация норм в указанной сфере. В работе обращается внимание на то, что нормативная база требует постоянного мониторинга и совершенствования, так как ситуация в мире нестабильна, а активность террористов в настоящее время приобретает мировые масштабы.
