Обоснование Выбора Банковской Стратегии На Основе Оценки Динамических Способностей Фирмы

Abstract

В данной статье на основе изученных существующих подходов к оценке уровня динамических способностей фирмы предложена авторская модель обоснования выбора стратегии на базе динамических способностей банка. В основу подхода положена сравнительная оценка результатов конкретной фирмы и рынка, на котором она функционирует. Метод основан на допущении, что наличие динамических способностей позволяет фирме более успешно, чем рынок в целом, конфигурировать имеющиеся ресурсы, а следовательно, иметь более эффективные, чем среднерыночные, результирующие показатели.Исследование осуществлялось с учетом специфики банковского сектора экономики России и апробировано на примере ОАО «Сбербанк России». Результатом исследования является разработанный инструментарий выбора банковской стратегии на базе оценки динамических способностей.
