Анализ Норм Антимонопольного Законодательства В Отношении Согласованных Действийна Товарных Рынках

Abstract

В данной работе представлен сравнительный анализ норм антимонопольного законодательства в отношении согласованных действий на товарных рынках в специально выбранном ряде стран. Выявлены сильные и слабые стороны нормативных актов каждой из рассматриваемых стран. Дан краткий обзор теоретических разработок в отношении молчаливого сговора как экономической категории. Рассмотрена правоприменительная практика в отношении согласованных действий в контексте межстранового сравнения. Представлены некоторые рекомендации по совершенствованию антимонопольного законодательства и правоприменения.
