Затратный Подход К Оценке Конкурентоспособности Коммерческих Банков

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методические основы оценки конкурентоспособности российских банков в рамках затратного подхода. В связи с тем, что активные операции кредитных организаций генерируют основной доход, вопрос оценки стоимости привлечения ресурсов является важным элементом оценки интегральной конкурентоспособности банка. Автором предлагается и обосновывается алгоритм проведения расчетных процедур, введение поправочных значений для нивелирования разницы в стоимости ресурсов, привлеченных на разные сроки. На основании актуальных данных по 50-ти крупнейшим банкам производятся апробационные расчеты по оценке стоимости привлечения ресурсов, на основании чего оценивается их конкурентоспособность. Дополнительно произведено сравнение стоимости формирования ресурсов крупными и небольшими банками.
