Abstract

Автором рассматривается управление бизнес-процессами в сфере образования как инструмент создания конкурентоспособного, профессионально подготовленного участника современного рынка труда. Изложен порядок составления схемы-модели бизнес-процесса оказания образовательных услуг профессиональным учебным заведением с опорой на DFD-схему, характеризующую бизнес-процесс с точки зрения временно′й независимости его элементов. Изложенный в статье материал служит основой для создания сети бизнес-процесса, способствующей контролю качества создаваемого продукта и обеспечивающей его конкурентоспособность.
