Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные аспекты использования механизма экологической мотивации для внедрения, реализации и поддержки системы экологического менеджмента. Проведен анализ основных преимуществ и проблем в области функционирования системы экологического менеджмента предприятий в Республике Беларусь. Выявлены основные направления ускорения распространения подходов системы экологического менеджмента на белорусских предприятиях. Особое внимание уделено мотивации персонала.The article deals with important aspects of the mechanism of ecological motivation for the introduction, implementation, and support for environmental management systems. The analysis of the main advantages and problems in the functioning of the environmental management system of enterprises in Belarus is done. The basic direction of the accelerated proliferation of approaches environmental management system for Belarusian enterprises are identified. Particular attention is given to motivation.
