Abstract

В статье проанализирован мировой опыт развития станкостроения и методы государственного управления индустриальными комплексами. Предложена новая концепция государственного управления стратегическим развитием станкостроения в России. Обоснована необходимость расширения объекта управления, в связи с чем предложено понятие «система станкостроения». Предложены основы разработки и реализации промышленной политики в области станкостроения, инструментарий для количественной оценки воздействия различных вариантов промышленной политики на повышение эффективности и рост конкурентоспособности станкоинструментальных предприятий и станкостроения в целом.
