Организационно-Экономические Параметры Системы Управления Качеством Продукции

Abstract

Исследованы принципы построения системы менеджмента качества, положенные в основу разработки процесса управления качеством продукции, с выделением входных и выходных параметров. Обоснована зна-чимость системного учета качества продукции с позиции обеспечения технико-эксплуатационных, эксплуата-ционных и иных параметров качества продукции. Выявлены организационно-экономические условия функци-онирования системы управления качеством с определением ключевых параметров и обеспечивающих под-систем в целях повышения ее эффективности. Обоснован подход к учету согласованности усилий всех служб и функциональных подразделений при разработке рекомендаций и принятия решения об управлении качеством продукции
