Демографический Фактор Долгосрочного Экономического Роста: Возможности, Ограничения, Асимметрия

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования влияния демографических процессов на долгосрочное экономическое развитие России. В демографическом развитии выделены две наиболее важные проблемы, требующие своего решения: снижение числа трудоспособного населения и увеличение демографической нагрузки на работающее население. Их решение обосновывается в контексте роста производительности труда. При анализе демографической нагрузки были использованы понятия симметрии и асимметрии, что позволило выделить в экономике РФ следующие временные периоды: положительной асимметрии с 1939 по 1974 гг., отрицательной асимметрии -с 1975 г. по настоящее время и этап переходного периода. Обосновано включение в научный оборот понятия «обратная симметрия». Статистическую базу исследования составили данные официального сайта Федеральной службы государственной статистики.
