Abstract

В статье проводится классификация факторов развития венчурных инвестиций инновационных компаний, которые делятся на две группы: общеэкономические и региональные. В соответствии с этими факторами были выделены направления развития венчурных инвестиций. Приводится классификация инновационных компаний в зависимости от этапов развития: посевной, начальный, ранний, роста, выхода. Дается определение раунда венчурного инвестирования, соотносятся этапы развития инновационной компании и раунды венчурного инвестирования. Обосновывается, что осуществление венчурного инвестирования по этапам сопровождается разводнением прибыли. Описываются методы защиты прибыли от разводнения, включая методы взвешенного среднего и полного храповика, приводятся формулы подсчета этих методов.
