Конкурентоспособность Субъектов Деятельности Как Основа Продуктивной Конкуренции

Abstract

В статье проведен теоретический анализ социологической литературы по проблематике конкурентоспособности, раскрыты сущностные аспекты конкурентоспособности субъектов деятельности. Представлено авторское понимание конкурентоспособности субъектов деятельности. Конкурентоспособность рассмотрена как особенность субъекта профессиональной деятельности, дающая ему возможность удовлетворения своих потребностей и потребностей общества. Обосновано положение о том, что конкурентоспособность субъектов деятельности как социологическое явление имеет свою структуру, в которой можно выделить профессиональную, коммуникативную, ценностно-нравственную, мотивационную, поведенческую, аффективную стороны. Представлены свойства конкурентоспособности субъекта профессиональной деятельности как социологического феномена.
