Механизм Регулирования Бизнес-Процессов Сферы Культуры

Abstract

Формирование и развитие системы услуг сферы культуры требует регулирования бизнес-процессов. Определение и структурирование бизнес-процесса обслуживания в виде иерархических структурных уровней подтверждает необходимость интеграционного процесса сферы культуры, реализуемого при помощи интегрированных сервисных комплексов. Интегрированный сервисный комплекс представляет собой серию соединенных организаций, источников ресурсов и инициатив, включенных в проектирование, создание и предоставление услуг. Создание интегрированной системы регулирования и контроля потоковых процессов осуществляется при помощи экономикоматематической модели динамичной комбинации «рынок потребитель услуга».
