Инвестиции В Экономику Сахалинской Области: Структура, Динамика, Основные Проблемы

Abstract

Сахалинская область относится к категории регионов России, сочетающих надежный ресурсно-сырьевой потенциал с экстремальными условиями его освоения. Недостаточная кадровая обеспеченность и низкая инфраструктурная обустроенность территории, типичная для регионов этой группы, на Сахалине отягощается островным положением области, отсутствием устойчивой круглогодичной связи не только с материком, но и Курильскими островами. С другой стороны Сахалинская область расположена по соседству с мощными центрами развития всего Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона Японией, Южной Кореей и Китаем. Именно поэтому Сахалинскую область можно назвать перспективным для иностранных и государственных инвестиций регионом. В данной статье на примере Сахалинской области автором проанализирована динамика и структура инвестиций, выявлены основные проблемы, сдерживающие повышение инвестиционной привлекательности островного региона.
