Abstract

В статье рассматривается миграционная политика Франции в период президентства Ж. Ширака. Автор обозначил основные этапы и предпосылки формирования французского иммиграционного законодательства. Статья носит сравнительнополитологический характер. Исследованы эволюция миграционного законодательства и его влияние на миграционную ситуацию.
