Andalucía en el mercado marroquí: expectativas ante la zona de libre comercio

Abstract

RESUMEN La Zona de Libre Comercio euromarroquí supondrá el desmantelamiento arancelario unilateral de Marruecos frente a la UE. Dicha integración puede generar un impacto comercial sobre Andalucía a través de la previsible creación o desviación de comercio. Nuestro objetivo es evaluar el impacto de la ZLC en la economía andaluza a la luz de la especi cidad de sus exportaciones a Marruecos frente a sus principales competidores (España y UE), precisando los sectores susceptibles de incrementar su cuota de mercado. Para ello analizamos las ventajas comparativas andaluzas, su tipología comercial (interindustrial vs. intraindustrial) y su posicionamiento en los distintos segmentos calidad/precio. ABSTRACT The Euromoroccan Free Trade Zone will suppose the unilateral dismantling of Moroccan tariffs towards the EU. This integration can generate a trade impact on Andalusia through foreseeable creation or deviation of trade. Our objective is to evaluate the impact that may have FTA on Andalusian exports to Morocco at the light of their speci cities compared to its main competitors (Spain and EU), highlighting sectors that may increase their market s share. For it we analyse the comparative advantages of Andalusia, the nature of its trade with Morocco (interindustry versus intraindustry trade) and its position in the different segments of quality/price.
