El turismo social del siglo XXI: ¿una política para los consumidores o para los proveedores del servicio? Argentina, 2000-2015

Abstract

En el marco de la nueva concepción de turismo social que se expande en el contexto internacional, el Gobierno Nacional en pleno siglo XXI consolida una reformulación de la cuestión como política pública, la cual contempla las virtudes distributivas que históricamente fundamentaron su inserción en la agenda gubernamental argentina, además de virtudes económicas vinculadas a la generación de ingresos y empleo, a partir de una articulación con el sector privado. Desde el enfoque de análisis de políticas, la investigación evalúa los resultados de la política a más de una década de su implementación, haciendo especial hincapié en los actores beneficiados con la iniciativa.
