Іnstitutional Support In Optimization Of Resource Potential From The Country And Its Region

Abstract

The article presents the institutional support for the optimization of resource potential of country, and also its regions. There is given the definition of institutes with their three characteristic elements. There are also considered the problems of the institutional support of public regional policy of Ukraine, nonsystemness and short life existence of separate institutes. Some factors of the institutional support for regions are presented and elements of institutional environment of region are brought. The groups of these factors are described with pointing on constituents which belong to each of these groups. The system of institutional environment of the use of resource of potential of region is shown, elements over of this environment are brought. The formal and informal institutes which function in a region are presented and form the institutional environment of region. The institutional mechanisms of realization of regional policy are indicated at state level. Dividing of institutional mechanism is shown into basic groups.
