Abstract

Este es uno de los textos más importantes que se han publicado en los últimos años sobre los problemas de la vivienda en el mundo y México con una visión milenaria, multidisciplinaria y propositiva. Desde la Introducción el autor señala como en sus más de 10 mil años de historia, la humanidad ha construido un mundo muy inequitativo. Vastos segmentos de la población sufren de precariedad alimentaria, ambiental y no tienen acceso a una vivienda digna. Pese al tiempo transcurrido, a inicios del siglo XXI sigue siendo un gran problema encontrar dónde vivir y, sobre todo, adquirir un predio o una casa para vivir bien. A pesar de que esa ha sido la gran utopía de la experiencia humana en la Tierra, aún no se inventa la fórmula socialmente más eficiente para lograr que todas las personas tengan una buena casa (Verduzco,2021,1).
