Abstract

A FESZOFE Nonprofit Kft. 2012 óta a legnagyobb hajléktalanfoglalkoztató az országban. Hatékonyságát és sikerességét a Belügyminisztérium által átadott díj mellett az is igazolja, hogy programját 2014-15 során országos méretűre bővítették. A tanulmány célja, hogy bemutassa a FESZOFE Nonprofit Kft. működési mechanizmusait, melynek ismeretében a szerzők a vállalat lehetséges fejlesztési irányait, illetve az adaptációra vonatkozó lehetőségeit fogalmazzák meg. Mindezzel szándékuk a társadalmi problémák alternatív megoldásainak azonosítása, a veszélyeztetett társadalmi csoportok munkaerő-piaci integrációjának elősegítése.
