Abstract

In organizations proper process is made that helps the employees to bring an effective change for best team performance. Team building and change management are important factors in organizational environment. Both of these factors focus to have an outcome that affects self development, positive communication, leadership skills, and ability to work together as a team for solving problems. The main objective of our research is to know that how team building and organizational change can make best team performance. 100 questionnaires were distributed among them and 98 out of 100 were received complete which means the response rate was 98% to analyze the impact of team building an organizational change on team performance. And 5- point Likert scale is used to measure the responses from University Of the Punjab Gujranwala and Gift University Gujranwala. Results indicate highly significant role of organizational change and team building on team performance. This study provides new directions for managers and many organizations to feel the importance of organizational change and team building that significantly affects the team performance. As we were working as students so the limitations and directions are also discussed in this study.
