Lean como inovação no processo rodoviário de um terminal de transbordo de Grãos

Abstract

No contexto de necessidade em ganhos de eficiência, produtividade e redução de despesas e eliminar tudo o que não agrega valor ao trabalho, enquadra-se a metodologia Lean. O objetivo deste trabalho foi apresentar, discutir e analisar um estudo de caso da aplicação da metodologia Lean para aumentar a produtividade do sistema rodoviário de um terminal logístico situado em Município localizado no interior da Região Sudeste do Brasil. A pesquisa se situa na modalidade quali-quantitativa cuja coleta de dados foi realizada no período de março de 2015 a junho de 2017, com sistematização dos dados entre junho de 2017 e junho de 2018. Realizaram-se análises estatísticas por meio do Excell®, bem como o uso da ferramenta VSM (Value Stream Mapping) elaborada no software Power Point®, com o propósito de mapear as etapas que agregam e não agregam valor no sistema rodoviário.
