Grupos de pesquisas em educação e relações étnico-raciais no Brasil: uma análise sobre os pesquisadores da UFU e UFV (Minas Gerais, Brasil)

Abstract

Neste artigo investiga-se a atuação de grupos de pesquisas das Faculdades e Departamentos de Educação (cursos de pedagogia) das Universidades Federais do Estado de Minas Gerais, Brasil. Analisamos os grupos de pesquisas nesta temática situados na Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU) (Uberlândia, Brasil) e Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV) (Viçosa, Brasil). Temos como objetivo mapear os grupos de pesquisa e suas produções na temática das relações étnico-raciais, bem como verificar como o assunto é debatido e a sua possível influência na formação dos futuros profissionais da área de educação. Os resultados obtidos revelam grupos de pesquisa que tiveram pouca atuação na temática das relações étnico-raciais nestes espaços institucionais.
