Abstract

El presente estudio aborda el complejo tema de la recuperación de la vestimenta tradicional en la comunidad Tolte (parroquia Pistishí), una zona de influencia cañari donde se ha perdido el uso de la ropa tradicional, sustituida por las prendas modernas. Uno de los objetivos es, una vez descrita la vestimenta tradicional, intentar su recuperación, reconstrucción y utilización de nuevo por parte de los pobladores de la zona.
