Ecological instruments of state regulation of housing and communal services of rural areas: perspectives of development

Abstract

The basic stages of establishing of Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) are analyzed. Institutional support and programs development of rural territories are researched. Ecologically oriented instruments of state regulation of housing and communal services of rural territories in the context of decentralization in Ukraine are considered. Algorithm the selection of regional development projects for funding, the main purpose of which - the implementation of measures aimed at the development and adjustment disorders passing phases of project selection by State fund of regional development for the formation priority instruments of its functioning is constructed. Substantiation recommendations for remove negative socio-economic consequences of state regulation is identified as a prospects for further research.
