Može Li Se Napredovati U Srbiji: Analiza Mobilnosti Zaposlenih Unutar Distribucije Zarada (Is It Possible To Get Promoted In Serbia: The Analysis Of Employee Mobility Along The Wage Distribution)

Abstract

Ekonomska neujednačenost u okviru zaposlenih može se posmatrati sa dva aspekta - nejednakosti i mobilnosti. Prvi podrazumeva trenutne razlike u zaradama između zaposlenih, dok se drugi fokusira na mogućnosti njihovog napredovanja tokom vremena. Predmet ovog rada je analiza zaposlenih sa stanovišta mobilnosti tokom vremena. U tu svrhu, izračunali smo nekoliko pokazatelja pokretljivosti na osnovu kojih možemo da pratimo mobilnost zaposlenih kroz vreme, ali i da je uporedimo sa nivoom u drugim zemljama. Rezultati do kojih smo došli pokazuju da je napredovanje na lestvici zarada u Srbiji tek nešto sporije u odnosu na evropske zemlje, dok istovremeno muškarci imaju veću šansu za napredovanjem od žena. Dodatno, ustanovili smo da je karakter mobilnosti uravnotežujući, odnosno da ima potencijal da u dugom roku utiče na smanjenje ukupne nejednakosti zarada. Ipak, zbog toga što se radi o relativno kratkom vremenskom periodu, ali i činjenici da se poklapa sa periodom fiskalne konsolidacije, rezultate treba uzeti sa određenom rezervom.
