Promoviendo el desarrollo académico de las regiones

Abstract

En diciembre del 2022, se lanzó el proyecto “Hacia una nueva generación de docentes en las universidades de regiones”, realizado por el Consorcio de Investigación Económica y Social (CIES) con financiamiento de la Fundación Manuel J. Bustamante de la Fuente. Como parte de esta iniciativa, se capacitó a jóvenes asistentes de investigación, jefes de práctica y asistentes de cátedra de Junín, Piura, Apurímac, Arequipa, Cusco, Ayacucho, La Libertad, Puno, Áncash, Amazonas y Callao. Además, se ofreció financiamiento y asesoría especializada a los diez participantes con los mejores proyectos de tesis de maestría. Esto les permitió culminar sus trabajos de investigación y obtener su título de posgrado. Así, este grupo de jóvenes investigadores no solo está más preparado para desarrollarse en la docencia universitaria; también representa la promesa de una nueva generación de académicos que contribuirá al progreso de las regiones donde habitan o laboran.
