Handlungsorientierungen, Integrationspraktiken und Einstellungen zivilgesellschaftlicher Akteur*innen in ländlichen Räumen

Abstract

Dieses Working Paper thematisiert Handlungsorientierungen zivilgesellschaftlicher Akteur*innen in ländlichen Räumen, die im Bereich 'Integration' von Geflüchteten tätig sind und vor Ort zentrale Akteur*innen mit entsprechender Expertise darstellen. Um Einschätzungen zur Aufnahmebereitschaft der lokalen Aufnahmegesellschaft hinsichtlich Geflüchteter oder anderer Migrant*innen geben zu können, wird eine Rekonstruktion der Deutungsmuster zum Begriff Integration als essentielle Komponente verstanden. Die hier vorgestellten typologisierten Deutungsmuster von Integration ermöglichen einen Rückschluss auf die kollektive Selbstverortung der Akteur*innen sowie eine Einordnung ihrer Einstellung gegenüber Zuwanderung und das damit verbundene Verständnis gesellschaftlicher Veränderungen und Prozesse. In einem zweiten Schritt werden zudem Narrationen zu 'Integration' in ländlichen Räumen fokussiert, die vor allem gesellschaftliche und strukturelle Rahmenbedingungen und Herausforderungen ländlicher Gemeinden thematisieren und im Zuge der Zuwanderung von Geflüchteten vor Ort neu verhandelt und diskutiert werden. Die hier vorgestellten Ergebnisse sind erste Analysen einer Interviewserie (n=81), die im Rahmen des Verbund-projekts 'Zukunft für Geflüchtete in ländlichen Räumen Deutschlands' im Teilprojekt 'Rolle der Zivilgesellschaft und Einstellungen der Aufnahmegesellschaft' unter Federführung der TU Chemnitz durchgeführt wurden. Weitere Analysen der Ergebnisse werden in Triangulation weiterer erhobener Daten erfolgen.
