Agiles Arbeiten mitgestalten: Strategie und Handlungsfelder der Mitbestimmung

Abstract

Binnen kurzer Zeit avancierte agiles Arbeiten in vielen Unternehmen zum Topthema auf der Tagesordnung von Betriebsräten. Sie sind nun gefordert, schnell handlungsfähig zu werden, betriebliche Veränderungen zu begleiten und sie über Betriebsvereinbarungen zu regeln. Das bedeutet: Handlungsdruck auf der einen Seite, auf der anderen die Notwendigkeit, sich Zeit zu nehmen: um sich strategisch neu zu orientieren, die Chancen und Risiken für die Beschäftigten einzuschätzen und eine weitreichende Neugestaltung von Arbeit bzw. des gesamten Unternehmens anzugehen. Teil 1 dieser Mitbestimmungspraxis beleuchtet die Handlungsfelder, insbesondere die Strategieentwicklung. Denn es gilt, sich auf dynamische Veränderungen in unterschiedliche Szenarien in Unternehmen einzustellen. Er bietet Hintergrundinformationen zu den Triebkräften agilen Arbeitens in der digitalen Transformation, sensibilisiert für die Knackpunkte aus Beschäftigtensicht, entfaltet Leitorientierungen und Ziele, schildert die Rolle und das Vorgehen des Betriebsrats. Teil 2 präsentiert Inhalte aus aktuellen Betriebsvereinbarungen, um sie für die zentralen Handlungsfelder nutzbar zu machen.
