Plattformökonomie im Handwerk: Entwicklungen, Chancen und Herausforderungen aus ökonomischer Perspektive

Abstract

Das Entstehen der Plattformökonomie und die damit verbundene Konzentration von Datennutzung und -zugang sind zentrale Zukunftsherausforderungen für Handwerksunternehmen. Diese Studie untersucht die Entwicklungen der Plattformökonomie und deren ökonomische Auswirkungen für das Handwerk. Dafür ist die Studie in zwei Abschnitte gegliedert: Der erste Teil erläutert theoretische Grundlagen und Funktionsweisen der Plattformökonomie. Im zweiten Teil wird empirisch auf Basis von Experteninterviews die Entwicklung von Plattformökonomie und Datennutzung im Handwerk untersucht. Hierfür werden zunächst die aus Expertensicht derzeit wichtigsten Plattformen identifiziert und eine Zuordnung zu den verschiedenen Typen von Plattformen vorgenommen.
