Unternehmensgründung und -tätigkeit in Estland: einige wirtschaftspolitische Aspekte

Abstract

Estland ist ein kleiner Staat, und seine Möglichkeiten sind nicht groß. Seit der Wiedererlangung der Selbständigkeit im Jahre 1991 hat sich die estnische Wirtschaft, darunter das Unternehmertum, jedoch sehr rasch entwickelt. Das im Jahre 1995 in Kraft getretene Handelsgesetzbuch ermöglichte es, das estnische Unternehmertum zu regeln und zu stärken. Dank der wirtschaftspolitischen Maßnahmen sind die estnischen Unternehmen heute stärker und wettbewerbsfähiger als vor acht bis neun Jahren. Dabei hat die estnische Wirtschaftspolitik die Entwicklung der Unternehmen nicht ausreichend unterstützt. Zum Beispiel hat man zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit auf die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze und auf die unterschiedliche regionale Entwicklung des Unternehmertums gerichtet. Im vorliegenden Artikel werden einige mit den estnischen Unternehmen verbundene Fragen behandelt.
