Servicepartner Industrie? Industrie in Baden-Württemberg im Wandel von der Produktion zur Dienstleistung

Abstract

Baden-Württembergs Wirtschaft, traditionell führend in Innovation und Technologie, kann sich nicht sicher sein, dass dieser Vorsprung künftig ausreicht, die Preiskonkurrenz aus Billiglohnländern abzuwehren. Produktbegleitende Dienstleistungen können der Industrie helfen, im Wettbewerb auch weiterhin zu bestehen. Gerade eine weit fortgeschrittene Technologie in Produkten bieten gute Chancen für eine Problemlösungsstrategie, die aus Produkt und Dienstleistung besteht. Geht man daher der Frage nach, wo die baden-württembergische Industrie mit ihrem Dienstleistungsangebot steht, so zeigt sich: Die Industrie Baden-Württembergs hat im Vergleich zu den anderen Bundesländern momentan zwar noch ein geringfügig breiteres Dienstleistungsangebot, ist jedoch dabei, diesen Vorsprung einzubüßen...
