Abstract

На основе разрабатываемой в лаборатории методологии экологического страхования созданы фундаментальные основы определения экономической оценки средозащитных функций экосистем. Разработаны фундаментальные основы экономической оценки средообразующих функций экосистем и предложен алгоритм её расчёта; проведена экспериментальная отработка созданного инструментария компенсационных механизмов при нарушении средообразующих функций экосистем, приводящего к образованию экономического ущерба, и разработаны рекомендации по формированию институционального поля функционирования этих механизмов в сохранении биоразнообразия.
