Diagnóstico de la responsabilidad social en el Perú

Abstract

La responsabilidad social en nuestro país ha pasado por diversas etapas, partiendo desde conceptos de filantropía hasta la adopción de prácticas, políticas y programas en diversas empresas. Actualmente, con un panorama económico más estable, las empresas han podido desarrollar los temas de RSE e integrarlos a su planeamiento estratégico, teniendo en cuenta a los diversos grupos de interés identificados, como el Estado, los proveedores, los clientes, los trabajadores, los accionistas, las ONGs, la comunidad, entre otros. El siguiente informe muestra un panorama general de los orígenes, dimensiones, prácticas, retos y oportunidades futuras de la responsabilidad social empresarial en el Perú.
