日本の介護保険制度は何をもたらしたのか？－経済学を中心とした先行研究のサーベイ－

Abstract

日本の介護保険制度が発足して10年が経過したが、すでに国民にとっては高齢期の最後を支える不可欠の社会保障制度になっている。これとともに、介護保険の機能に関する経済学的な研究も活発になってきている。この論文の目的は、これまでわが国の介護保険制度に関する実証研究のうち、家族介護の負担感、介護者の労働市場への復帰、営利事業の問題、社会的入院の四つの分野を取り上げ、これらの問題に関する実証研究のデータ、枠組み、分析手法について、詳しくサーベイするとともに、それぞれの分野の実証研究で、まだ残されている問題が何かを明らかにすることが目的である。
