Abstract

Arbetsmarknaden har gradvis blivit allt hårdare i kultursektorn där utbudet sedan lång tid tillbaka överstigit efterfrågan. Mellan 1995 och 1998 drev Länsarbetsnämnden / AMI Karl Johan i Göteborg i samverkan med SDN Linnéstaden och SDN Majorna ett projekt - "kulturarbetarprojektet" - där man försökt utveckla vägar för arbetslösa kulturarbetare att komma in på andra sektorer än kulturarbetsmarknaden, men utifrån kompetensen som konstutövare. Projektmodellen kan sammanfattas i tre faser som deltagarna idealt är tänkta att gå igenom. Dessa är: 1. Information och utredning 2. Process mot självinsikt - vem är jag och vad förmår jag? 3. Handlingsplan. 4. Etablering på arbetsmarknaden. Vi har gestaltat projektet från olika intressenters utgångspunkter. Utvärderingen bygger främst på intervjuer med projektets huvudmän, projektgruppen, utbildare / arbetsgivare samt projektdeltagare. Sammantaget får vi två skilda målbilder - å ena sidan projektägarnas/projektledningens och å andra sidan deltagarnas. Väl etablerad teori hävdar att olika målbilder blir problematiska då vi styrs av de symboler och föreställningsramar vi bär med oss. De olika föreställningsramarna gör att kommunikations-svårigheter uppstår mellan projektledningen och projektdeltagarna. Resonemanget går sedan vidare till en diskussion om lärande och samverkan utifrån tre områden: · Vad har kommit till stånd? · Vad är det som begränsar lärandet? · Hur kan man bryta trenden?
